Homebound Delivery Program

“The books are a lifesaver for me as they help me pass the long days with ‘friends’. Thank you all for your superb job finding them from all over Maine and bringing them to me.”

Recovering from an injury? No longer able to drive? Whatever the reason, the Friends of the Library are here to help. The library offers a Homebound Delivery Service for patrons unable to come to the library by bringing materials right to your doorstep.

Library staff take care of requests and pack materials, then the trusty Friends make the deliveries.  The service is discreet and friendly.

If you know of someone who might benefit from this service please contact us by clicking the button below.
