WAYS TO VOLUNTEER

We rely on the time and talent of community volunteers.

 

Below are suggested ways you can help.

​

  1. Move boxes of books - there is a hand truck to help with this (and the elevator)

  2. Sort books into categories 

  3. Set up and arrange books for sale

  4. Sell books

  5. Take books to homebound readers

  6. Take books to area sites (Hannaford, laundromat, other libraries)

  7. Store boxes of books over the winter

  8. Set up the outdoor chairs and tent in the spring and/or take down in the fall

  9. Reshelve books in library

  10. Help arrange the Reading Room with chairs for a program
